Snow Day Memory Pages

We got quite a bit of snow in our corner of the world Friday, and Glenwood finally called it late am for the kids to leave a couple of hours early.  It was about time, and I think the buses ended up out in the middle of the storm at the worst possible time.   I, unfortunately, did not make it home in time to share a Snow Day with the kiddos, but it did bring back a lot of memories about snow days when I was a kid.  There was something magical about them.  It was more than just getting to skip school.  It was a day where anything goes.  Many games were played.  The grilled cheese and soup tasted better.  The naps were longer.  The hugs and snuggles felt warmer.

What do you do with your kiddos on snow days?  Do you have special traditions, or just go with the flow?  Here is a memory and photo page to help you remember the snow days.  Print it out, share it, enjoy it!
