Opinions

Something has happened, and I’m not sure I like it.  Suddenly, ChickenFried has decided he can voice his opinion on things.  I got some new clothes for him.  The only thing he liked were the denim shorts.  Plaid shorts – “no.  They’re golf shorts.”  The polo shirt – “no.  It has buttons.  I don’t like shirts with buttons.  They make me itch.”

So, I guess the only thing he’ll be wearing from now on are t-shirs and sports shorts.  Oh goodie.

That is so funny! Ethan has a ton of cute clothes too and he just wants to wear his Transformers t-shirt from Target and sport shorts/sweat pants! I feel your pain!

Well, I hate to say it but I have heard this from some of my friends with older kids. We raise kids to stand up for themselves and share their opinions…and then they drive us nuts for the next 18 years doing just that!!

Don’t you just love it when they develop minds of their owns and it’s not your decision!!
